Jonathan D. Smith

Jonathan D. Smith has extensive experience in both agricultural and engineering sectors. Since May 2009, Jonathan has served as Head Curmudgeon and Grunt at Happily Ever After Farm, a family business focused on sustainable farming practices, including the production of grass-fed beef and cage-free eggs. Concurrently, since July 2001, Jonathan holds the position of Engineer II - Operations at Nashville Electric Service, where responsibilities include overseeing the installation and maintenance of communications circuits and managing an extensive ethernet network. Previously, Jonathan worked as a Testing Engineer at Fred C Hill Consulting Engineering from 1993 to 2002. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with a focus on Telecommunications and Computer Engineering from Tennessee Technological University, where education was completed between 1997 and 2001, and attended Free Will Baptist Bible College from 1994 to 1996.
