Laura Smith

Laura Smith has been with Nashville Electric Service since 1993, holding various positions including Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel, Vice President - General Counsel, Vice President - Corporate Affairs & Strategic Initiatives and Interim General Counsel, Vice President - Corporate Affairs & Strategic Initiatives, and Director of Corporate Affairs. In addition, Laura Smith has served as a Board Director for H.G. Hill Company since August 2021. Laura Smith earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law from 1989 to 1992 and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida from 1985 to 1989.
