Sebastian Oprea

Sebastian Oprea is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the electrical and maintenance sectors. As a Senior Associate Engineer at Nashville Electric Service since September 2020, Sebastian serves as a Customer Engineer. Previously, Sebastian held multiple roles at Square D by Schneider Electric from March 2011 to September 2020, including Application Engineer, Electrical Designer, and Senior Inspector in Quality Control, where responsibilities ranged from project management and electrical design to quality assurance. Prior to that, Sebastian worked as Lead Maintenance Mechanic at Vi-Jon and as a Maintenance Technician at Tyson Foods. Sebastian possesses a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electromechanical Engineering Technology and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Middle Tennessee State University, along with an Associate's degree and certificate in Electrical Engineering Technologies from Nashville State Community College.
