Dave Killean

Dave Killean, MBA, MHA, currently serves as the Vice President of Ambulatory Services at Bon Secours Mercy Health since June 2024. In addition, Dave is an Operations Advisor for Project Healthcare at the Nashville Entrepreneur Center, which supports healthcare entrepreneurs. Previously, Dave held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Physician Directed Partners and worked as an Operations Consultant at Somatus, focusing on integrated population health care. Dave's extensive experience includes roles such as COO of AMSURG's Ophthalmology Division, Regional Vice President at Heritage Group overseeing multiple private equity portfolio companies, and Operations Director in various capacities at Symbion and AmSurg, managing significant revenue portfolios across multi-state surgical centers. Educational credentials include an MBA and MHA from Xavier University, as well as a BBA in Business & Healthcare Administration from Bowling Green State University.
