Janet Tatum possesses extensive nursing experience, currently serving as a Nurse Educator at Nashville General Hospital since February 2023. Prior to this role, Janet worked as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Ascension from January to June 2023. Spanning nearly four decades, Janet's tenure at Williamson Medical Center included positions such as RN Case Manager, Nursing Director for the 3rd Floor/Cardiac Telemetry and Chest Pain Center, RN Clinical Coordinator for the Emergency Department, and Emergency Medical Service RN-EMT-IV, where Janet developed training programs and orientations for new staff. Earlier experience includes nursing roles at St Thomas Hospital's Emergency Department. Janet holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Belmont University, obtained between 1994 and 1996.
