Kristi Faulkner Lewis

Kristi Faulkner Lewis, Esq., CHC, CHPC, currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Nashville General Hospital since July 2024. With extensive experience in corporate compliance and legal counsel, Kristi previously held the position of Vice President, Corporate Compliance Officer at Covenant Physician Partners from November 2016 to April 2024. Prior roles include Contract Attorney at Special Counsel, Associate Counsel at SpecialtyCare, Inc., Privacy Officer and Senior Legal Counsel at Tivity Health, and Special Counsel to the Commissioner at the Tennessee Department of Children's Services. Kristi's legal career began at the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and the Tennessee Department of Health. Kristi holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Hampton University.
