This team assists clients with navigating various aspects of their new lives, including housing, healthcare, education, employment, and legal services. Through specialized roles such as Reception & Placement Case Managers, Refugee Support Services Case Managers, and Health Case Managers, they ensure that each individual's unique needs are met, fostering successful integration and empowerment within the community.
