Kara Hammer

Kara Hammer is an experienced sports reporter with a robust background in covering various athletic events. Currently serving as a rinkside reporter for the Nashville Predators on Bally Sports since 2017, Kara also works as a Senior Annotator at ZeroEyes. Previous roles include serving as a sports reporter at WKRN-TV, where responsibilities included covering local teams and significant sporting events, and working as a sideline reporter at NAU-TV for Northern Arizona University athletics. Kara's freelance experience spans various networks, including the NFL Network and Fox Sports, and early in the career, positions included sports reporting and anchoring at KGWN. An alumna of the University of Wyoming, Kara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs, and actively engages in speaking opportunities to inspire others in the field of sports broadcasting.
