Director, Information Technology at Nashville Predators

Michael Paul is the Director of Information Technology for the Nashville Predators. Michael has over 20 years of experience in the IT field, starting their career in 1992 as an Information Technologies Network and Server Tech for State Industries. In this role, they provided hardware and software tech support for a network of 300 computers, maintained and installed all network Hubs, switches, routers and cabling, and brought the computer network up to Y2K compliance. Michael also provided 24/7 tech support for over 500 users.

In 2001, Michael Paul became the IT Manager for Health Tech Management Solutions, where they oversaw the company's IT needs for 10 years. During their tenure, they were responsible for maintaining and supporting all IT servers, running and supporting a Ensync Computer Network of 100 computers and 2 servers, and providing hardware and software tech support for a network of 300 computers. Michael also designed and installed network closets with switches and fiber optic connections, and was responsible for the company's disaster recovery plan.

In 2011, Michael Paul joined the Nashville Predators as their Director of Information Technology. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the team's IT needs, including their website, ticketing system, and email system. Michael also manages the team's social media accounts and helps to create digital content for the team's website and social media channels.
