Rob Wakefield

Rob Wakefield has a diverse background in ticket operations and customer engagement within the sports industry. Currently serving as Ticket Operations Coordinator for the Nashville Predators since July 2022, Rob has previously held roles as Ticket Operations Assistant and Box Office Associate. Prior experience includes positions at Bridgestone Arena and PRA Business Events, along with marketing and fan experience internships at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and the Nashville Soccer Club. Rob's early experience also involved gameday operations as an intern with the Knoxville Ice Bears. Rob holds a degree in Recreation and Sports Management with a minor in Business Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, completed in May 2021.
