Joshua Love, Ed.D., currently serves as the NAZA Operations Manager at the Nashville Public Library, where responsibilities include coordinating NAZA operations, contracts, and compliance for afterschool and summer providers in Nashville-Davidson County. Previously, Joshua held the position of Black Achievers Program Director at the YMCA of Middle Tennessee, focusing on programming to support student success after high school. Earlier experience includes a role in Community Relations with the Tennessee Titans, where Joshua organized outreach initiatives to enhance brand recognition and community engagement. Joshua holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Professional Practice from Trevecca Nazarene University and additional degrees in nonprofit management and education from Tennessee State University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.
