Nadine De La Rosa, Ed.D, currently serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Vanderbilt University, overseeing strategic planning, data management, large-scale projects, and continuous improvement within Student Affairs since March 2016. In addition to this role, Nadine works as a Project Manager and Assistant Director of First-Year Engagement and Community Development at Nashville Public Library since February 2023, and holds board member positions at Belcourt Theatre since May 2023.
