Betsy Wills

Betsy Wills is currently the Director at Nashville Symphony. Prior to their current role, Betsy held various positions in marketing and investor relations at companies such as Diversified Trust, YouScience, LLC, and Courage Capital Management.

At Courage Capital Management, Betsy served on the management team and participated in strategic planning around fund launches, partnerships, managed accounts, and vendor relationships. Betsy was also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with a client base of 180+ investors, broker/dealers, mutual funds, platform partners, and financial advisors. Additionally, Betsy leveraged existing long-term relationships with potential investors to secure foundational investment for a distressed debt private equity fund.

In their role as Director of Marketing and Investor Relations, Betsy was responsible for producing and distributing all marketing materials, including website content, pitch books, fact sheets, newsletters, quarterly letters, due diligence questionnaires, and presentation materials. Betsy also coordinated the hiring process for new analysts and conducted first-round interviews.

Betsy Wills has a M.Ed in Human Resource Development from Vanderbilt University and a BA in English/Fine Arts from Vanderbilt University.
