Liz McCaslin

Liz McCaslin has extensive work experience in event management and operations. Liz is currently the Director of Events at the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp. Prior to this role, they served as the Member Services Director at The Golf Club of Tennessee. From 2014 to 2019, Liz was the Senior Director of Events and Operations at the Nashville Sports Council & Music City Bowl. Liz also worked as the Senior Operations Manager at Destination Nashville from 2012 to 2014. Earlier in their career, Liz held roles such as Administrative Assistant & Experiential Marketing at Putnam County Farm Bureau and Physician Extender/Marketing Assistant at Moore Orthopaedic Clinic. Liz worked as a Clinical Coordinator at Steadman Hawkins Clinic and gained experience as the Head Camp Manager/First Aid Provider at Universal Cheerleaders Association. Additionally, Liz worked as a Freelance Assistant at the Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce.

Liz McCaslin attended the University of South Carolina from 2006 to 2007, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Sport and Entertainment Management. Prior to that, they attended East Tennessee State University from 1997 to 2001, acquiring a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education with a focus on Athletic Training.
