Michael Glover has a diverse work experience in various industries. Michael started their career at Community 1st Lending as a Sales Manager, where they implemented sales programs and achieved a significant increase in residential mortgage originations. Michael then moved on to Wells Fargo Financial as a Senior Credit Manager, where they focused on driving revenue growth and maintaining branch productivity. After that, they joined Hilton Hotels Worldwide as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, demonstrating strong management skills and a high level of diplomacy in resolving issues. Michael continued their career in the hospitality industry, holding positions at Hilton Orlando and Doubletree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld as a Conference Sales Manager and Corporate Sales Manager respectively. Most recently, they served as a Senior Sales Manager at Doubletree By Hilton At The Entrance To Universal Orlando. Currently, they are working as the Director of National Accounts at Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp.

Michael Glover attended the University of Central Florida – Rosen College of Hospitality Management from 2015 to 2017. Michael pursued a degree in Hospitality Management during this time.
