Currently serving as the Quality Manager at Nashville Wire Products since March 2008, Wayne directs all quality functions across multiple locations. Previously, Wayne held the position of General Manager at Smithfield Manufacturing from February 1994 to February 2008, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and ensuring product quality.
