Pål Arne Hoff

Pål Arne Hoff is an experienced professional in cybersecurity and management, currently serving as CEO and Chairman of the Board at PHP Holding AS since October 2020. Concurrently, Pål is a freelancer with Barnevernet (Norwegian Child Protection Services) from June 2020 and previously held multiple chief engineer positions at Nasjonal sikkerhetsmyndighet since December 2013, including roles in technical threat operations and cybersecurity. Pål's experience extends back to their tenure at rampco AS as Development Manager and as an MCSE Instructor at IT-Akademiet AS. Educational qualifications include an M.Sc. in Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology and a Cand. mag. in Information Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Additionally, Pål has military experience as a 2nd Lieutenant and Sergeant in the Norwegian Armed Forces.
