Marian Bratu

Marian Bratu has extensive experience in automation and controls management, currently serving as Automation and Controls Manager at Bird Construction since February 2008 and Automation Manager at NCGL Construction since February 2017. Expertise includes project management, business development, estimating, SCADA systems design and implementation, and post-construction service. Proficient in PLC and HMI programming, networking, and client service, Marian has also held roles at Nason Municipal Services, focusing on SCADA systems integration in water treatment plants. Previous positions include Electrical Department Lead at VaporTech Energy Services and Electrician at Schlumberger, alongside a background as a Chemical Engineer at CAROM. Academic credentials include a Journeyman Electrician degree from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry and Physics from Al. I. Cuza University in Romania.
