Jessica Burton

Jessica Burton, CPPO, CPPB, NIGP-CPP, serves as the Cooperative Portfolio Manager at NASPO ValuePoint since May 2023. Previously, Jessica held the position of Director of Procurement and Inventory Management at the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority from January 2022 to May 2023, overseeing procurement, inventory, and materials control activities. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Purchasing at Kentucky State University from October 2019 to January 2022, and as KETS Contract & Vendor Manager at the Department of Education, Commonwealth of Kentucky from 2007 to August 2019, along with a role as Resource Management Analyst III. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies from Sullivan University.
