Madelaine Hackett

Madelaine Hackett is an experienced educator and administrator with a strong background in school leadership, instructional coaching, and innovative educational models. Currently serving as Principal at Nassau BOCES since September 2018, Madelaine previously held the position of Assistant Principal at the NYC Department of Education and was a founding team member at The Urban Assembly Maker Academy, where strategic planning and implementation of design thinking principles were emphasized. With a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Canisius University and additional qualifications in TESOL and Fine Arts, Madelaine has a proven track record of enhancing student outcomes through data analysis, professional development, and community engagement. Prior roles include consulting for start-ups and leadership coaching across multiple educational institutions.
