Fernanda Bennett serves as the Deputy Director and Registrar at the Nassau County Museum of Art, a position held since 1985. In this role, Fernanda collaborates with the Museum Director to prepare budgets and schedule exhibitions and events, while also overseeing daily operations related to facility conditions. As Registrar, Fernanda ensures compliance with standards set by the American Association of Museums, coordinating the transportation, handling, display, and security of artworks for the museum's Permanent Collection, as well as loans from other institutions. Fernanda Bennett holds a degree from Boston University, completed in 1985.
