Cathy Fan

Cathy Fan has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Cathy began their career in 2009 as a Consultant/Manager at EY, where they worked until 2014. Cathy then joined Swiss Re as a Vice President, Actuary from November 2014 to February 2016. Following this, Cathy joined Health IQ in February 2016 as the Director, Actuary, contributing significantly to partnership and product development during the company's hypergrowth phase until June 2017. Cathy later joined Nassau Financial Group in July 2018, taking on the role of Head of Special Projects, Actuarial until May 2020. Cathy currently holds the position of Head of Life and Health Product at Nassau Financial Group, a role they have held since May 2020.

Cathy Fan studied at the University of Waterloo from 2004 to 2009, where they completed a Bachelor of Mathematics degree in Honours Actuarial Science.
