Jonathan Fellman

Jonathan Fellman has extensive experience in the financial industry, spanning over three decades. Currently, they serve as the Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets & Structuring at Nassau Financial Group, a position they began in November 2022. Prior to this, Jonathan held positions at HSBC as a Managing Director from August 2017 to December 2022, and at UBS as a Managing Director from 2005 to July 2017. Jonathan also worked as a Trader at Parallax Fund from 2003 to 2005, and as a Vice President at First Chicago from 1997 to 2003. Jonathan started their career as a Lawyer and worked as an Associate at Kutak Rock from 1995 to 1997.

Jonathan Fellman completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at Colgate University from 1988 to 1992. Jonathan then pursued their Doctor of Law (JD) degree at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where they studied from 1992 to 1995. Additionally, they furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, completing the program in 2001.
