Garima Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Garima is currently working as the Head of Human Resources at NASSCOM since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Consultant from May 2019 to December 2020. From 2013 to 2019, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Fractal Analytics. Garima also held the position of Head of Human Resources at iDiscoveri Education Pvt. Ltd. from June 2012 to February 2013 and at Grail Research - Monitor Deloitte Founded Company from October 2006 to May 2012. Garima'searly career involved working as a Senior Associate at Evalueserve.com Pvt. Ltd. from July 2003 to October 2006, where they played a significant role in strategic manpower planning and obtaining ISO 27001 certification for the company.

Garima Sharma pursued their education at various institutions. From 1997 to 2000, they attended Sri Venkateswara College, where they obtained a Bachelor's in Science degree. Subsequently, from 2001 to 2003, they enrolled at NIILM Center For Management Studies for their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
