Swati Sharma, also known as Swatz, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Manager at NASSCOM since September 2016. Prior to this role, Swati held the position of Human Resources Manager at NASSCOM and worked in human resources at HCL Technologies from March 2013 to September 2016.
