Sam Merchant

Sam Merchant has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Sam started at Citibank as a Manager in Cash Management in 1997 and then moved on to become the Director of Business Development at Datamatics in 1998. In 2004, they joined Cegedim as a Global Manager before moving to Deloitte Consulting in 2006, where they worked in Outsourcing Advisory as part of the leadership team. In 2008, Sam became the CEO of Nasscomm and later transitioned to the role of Chairman of the Board.

Sam Merchant received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Finance from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics in the period from 1989 to 1993. Later, from 1996 to 1998, Sam pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Marketing at HBS (Harvard Business School).
