Naima Ali is a seasoned professional in service delivery management with extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently a Cloud Service Delivery Manager at Nasstar since April 2022, Naima previously held the position of Service Delivery Manager at Conn3ct and Matsco Solutions, focusing on service improvement and performance analysis against SLAs.
