Eva Tine, MSW, is an experienced social worker and advocate for housing stability, currently serving as the Director of Safe and Stable Housing at United Way of Massachusetts Bay, focused on reducing homelessness and empowering individuals facing housing insecurity. Eva is also actively involved in the mental health sector as a member of The Black Response's mental health working group and co-chair of the NASW-MA Chapter's Mental Health & Substance Use Shared Interest Group. Prior to these roles, Eva was the Program Manager and co-creator of the Housing is Healthcare program at Justice Resource Institute, where a Harm Reduction-based approach was utilized. With a background in photography through Rachel Tine Photography, Eva integrates art as a form of advocacy while holding an MSW from Simmons University and a BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts.
