Fatima Salman is a dedicated social worker and community activist with an MSW from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, focusing on Community Organizing and Human Services Management. Currently serving as the Vice President of the National Association of Social Workers, Fatima leads initiatives to promote employment equity for Detroiters and engages in multiple boards, including The Guidance Center and the Oakland County Opioid Settlement Steering Committee. With experience as an adjunct lecturer and program manager at the University of Michigan, Fatima is passionate about empowering underserved communities through advocacy and education.
