Natalie Gayles

Natalie Gayles is a Master of Social Work graduate with a strong background in social justice, event planning, and administrative support. Currently serving as a Professional Development Associate at the National Association of Social Workers since January 2023, Natalie previously held internship roles at the Human Rights Campaign and Rising for Justice, focusing on facilitating focus groups and providing counseling services to individuals at risk of eviction. Relevant experience also includes a Graduate Research Assistant position at Howard University, where research on misinformation's impact on the Black community was conducted. Natalie's earlier roles at Mount Saint Mary's University involved assisting with orientation programs and educational events, laying a solid foundation in both research and practical social work.
