That nat 20 feeling? That sense of wonder, of anticipation? That's the whole idea behind Nat 20 Audio. I'm Cassiopeia, and I built this studio after relocating to the Netherlands to escape anti-LGBTQ legislation. I offer professional post-production for actual play podcasts, narrative indie games, and audiobook producers — creators who know representation matters, and who want their worlds to sound as good as they deserve.

I bring formal training and years of hands-on experience to the independent games and TTRPG spaces. My work lies at the intersection of technical precision and narrative instinct. I know how to make a world sound like itself, and communicate it to your audience.

For actual play podcasts, I handle the full post-production pipeline. Dialogue leveling, spectral noise reduction, mouth click removal, pacing edits, and subtle ambient scoring. I take your raw recordings and return something that's ready for your rss feed. Nothing sterile or overproduced; just clean, immersive audio, so your listeners can focus on the story.

For indie game developers, I provide custom sound design and original composition. I record audio in a treated room, design sounds from scratch, and score music tailored to the tone of your project. I'm comfortable working with FMOD and Wwise and can support implementation as needed.

For indie audiobook producers, I offer ACX-compliant mastering. I ensure your files meet RMS and peak level standards without compromising the narrator's performance. I also provide talent direction and pacing feedback during production, to ensure the text is coming across the way it's intended (and to cut down on pickups later).

If you're building something that deserves to sound as good as it plays, reads, or rolls, let's talk. Free consultation, no strings attached.
