Esther de la Fuente

Esther de la Fuente has worked in the research and development field for over 17 years. From 2010 to present, they have been employed as Chief R&D Officer and Research and Development Manager at Natac. Her roles at Natac include research and development of new healthy natural ingredients, implementation and validation of industrial processes, and project management for clients. From 2006 to 2010, they worked as Manager of New Products and Process Technologies at Puleva Biotech - Exxentia. Her roles at Puleva Biotech - Exxentia included development of technological processes to obtain new functional ingredients, analytical development, and validation of new ingredients. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as a Predoctoral Researcher at CSIC.

Esther de la Fuente received their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in 2006 from the Facultad de Ciencias at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in the field of Química analítica. In 2005, they earned their Master's degree from the Fundación Universidad Empresa - Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia in Integrated Management of Quality, Environment and Occupational Health. In 2002, Esther received their Licentiate degree from the Facultad de Ciencias Químicas at the Universidad de Castilla la Mancha in Food Science and Technology.
