Zachary Zheng has worked for several companies since 2012. From 2012 to 2019, they worked for Rikevita Singapore Pte Ltd, starting as a Food Technologist and progressing to Assistant Technical Manager and Senior Food Technologist. In 2019, they joined Cargill as a Technical Specialist, and in 2020 they were promoted to Technical Manager and Technical Services Specialist at Cargill Cocoa & Chocolate, Inc. Currently, they are Area Sales Manager for Asia Market at Natac, and also works as a CAA Temp at the Cocoa Association of Asia.
Zachary Zheng attended Massey University from 2009 to 2011 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and Processing.
