Kelsey Holmes has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Kelsey is currently the Head of Marketing & Communications at NaTakallam, a platform that facilitates remote work opportunities for refugees and displaced individuals in the language sector. Prior to this, Kelsey founded AZTA designs, a social enterprise that connects local artisans to global consumers through handmade, high-quality products. Kelsey also worked as a Digital Communication & Events Manager at Bryan, Garnier & Co, a Strategic Communications Consultant at MAKMENDE Media, a Creative Communication & Strategy Consultant at Convene, and in Communications & Programming at Cartier Women's Initiative. Additionally, they have experience in communications and business development at NEW ANGLES and Connective Impact, and served as a Youth Development Specialist at Peace Corps and a Greenheart Club Program Assistant at Greenheart International.

Kelsey Holmes earned a Master's degree in Communications, Media & Creative Industries from Sciences Po from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Studies & Political Science Dual Major from Loyola University Chicago, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In 2014, they also briefly attended Christ University and the IES Abroad Center - Rabat. Kelsey Holmes completed their high school education at Mayer Lutheran High School from 2008 to 2012.
