John Beaman

John Beaman has over 35 years of work experience in the finance and real estate industry. John is currently working at Natalliance Securities as the Managing Director and Head CMBS Trader since July 2023. Before that, they worked at Karya Capital Management LP as the CRE Portfolio Manager from June 2019 to March 2023. John also has experience working at Mack Real Estate Group as the Co-Portfolio Manager & Head Trader for their Claros Real Estate Securities Fund from March 2008 to January 2019. Prior to that, they held senior positions at Lehman Brothers, Credit Suisse, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and KPMG US.

John Beaman received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a major in Accounting from Clemson University from 1983 to 1987. John then pursued further education and obtained an MBA from Columbia Business School with a specialization in Finance and a concentration in Real Estate from 1993 to 1995.
