Sebastian Leape

Sebastian Leape has a diverse work experience. Sebastian is currently the Chief Executive Officer at natcap since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at McKinsey & Company as an Associate Partner from November 2021 to September 2022, and as an Engagement Manager from January 2019 to October 2021. Sebastian also has experience working as a Policy Advisor & Speechwriter for Gordon Brown at The Office of Gordon and Sarah Brown from November 2017 to January 2019, and as an EC10 Teaching Fellow in the Economics Department at Harvard University from August 2017 to June 2018. In addition, they have worked as an Associate and Investment Lead at SYSTEMIQ Ltd from February 2016 to August 2016, and as an Associate and Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from October 2015 to March 2016, and from March 2014 to October 2015, respectively. Sebastian began their career as a Research Associate at FXB International from June 2013 to March 2014.

Sebastian Leape has a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.
