Mark V. Principato

Mark V. Principato has over 20 years of experience in the IT field, currently serving as IT Supervisor at NATCO Communications since December 2002, where responsibilities include managing Linux and Windows servers, providing Tier 3 support for an ISP, and delivering hardware and software support to end users. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Accounts Receivables / IT Manager at TNET from April 1998 to November 2002, overseeing network management and technical support for a small ISP in Memphis, TN. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, and completed the CCNA Academy Program, obtaining a CCNA certificate.
