Suryanarayana Reddy

Suryanarayana Reddy has a vast work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Suryanarayana started their career in 1994 as an Assistant Manager at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. Suryanarayana then progressed to various managerial roles, including Manager of Quality Assurance and Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Astrazeneca. During their time at Astrazeneca, they were responsible for supplier management and ensuring quality compliance across multiple regions.

In 2007, Reddy joined Dr.Reddy's Laboratories Ltd as a Manager of Quality Assurance, where they were in charge of overall Quality Assurance operations and supplier qualification. Suryanarayana successfully performed numerous supplier audits and managed quality for multiple suppliers.

Reddy then moved to Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited in 2014, where they served as the General Manager of Quality and was responsible for API Quality operations and laboratory compliances.

In 2017, Reddy joined Neuland Laboratories Limited as the Associate Vice President and later became the Vice President and Head of Quality. Suryanarayana led a team of over 200 employees and was responsible for ensuring quality and compliance across the organization's three commercial regulatory manufacturing sites.

In 2024, Reddy joined NATCO Pharma as the Senior Vice President and Head of Quality Assurance.

Throughout their career, Reddy has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on quality and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.

Suryanarayana Reddy completed their education at various institutions. Suryanarayana obtained a degree in Strategic Leadership from the Indian School of Business in 2022, where they focused on Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from BITS Pilani between 2000 and 2003. Additionally, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Madhurai Kamaraj University from 1998 to 2001.
