Andrew Roginsky is an accomplished R&D Project Manager and Senior R&D Engineer with extensive experience in the medical device field, particularly in orthopaedics and urology. Currently employed at NATEC MEDICAL, Andrew previously held significant roles at phenox, Teleflex, and Signature Orthopaedics, where responsibilities included leading product development, overseeing design teams, and managing projects to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulations. Andrew has a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, holding both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from the University of Cape Town, and possesses a proven track record in innovative design, custom implant development, and collaboration with clinicians to advance medical solutions.
