Donncha McCarthy currently serves as the Chief Customer Success Officer at Natech ∙ Financial Software since November 2023. Prior roles include SVP of Customer & Service Excellence at Finastra from June 2017 to March 2023, and various senior vice president positions where responsibilities encompassed global services, transformation, and delivery. McCarthy began a career at Misys as Head of Solution Architects and later advanced to lead roles in consulting at Temenos. Earlier experience includes IT management at Baiduri Bank and project management consultancy at Kindle and Kindle Banking Systems. McCarthy holds a degree from Munster Technological University, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
