Oksana Szyp

Oksana Szyp has a diverse work experience starting from 2014. Oksana worked as a Sales Assistant at Poczta Polska S. A. from May 2014 to October 2014. After that, they served as a Restaurant and Bar Manager at Restauracja Gvara from April 2018 to November 2020 while studying. In this role, they provided direct customer service and managed a group of employees.

Later, Oksana joined Baltina in March 2021 as a Sales Engineer. Their responsibilities included technical consulting in the field of industrial fittings and working with B2B clients in industries like production and design. Oksana also worked closely with companies producing installations and service technicians. In September 2021, they transitioned to the role of Specialist Sales and Marketing at the same company. In this role, they prepared and executed commercial offers, handled key customer service, and conducted trade talks with Italian contractors.

From July 2022, Oksana is employed as a Junior Business Development Manager at NATEK.

Oksana Szyp began their education at the Gdańsk University of Technology in 2014, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering System Production and Engineering Management. Oksana completed their studies in 2018 and obtained the degree of Inżynier (Inż.).

In 2019, Oksana continued their education at the Gdańsk University of Technology by enrolling in a Master's program in Management/Quality and Innovative Project Management. Oksana obtained a Master's degree (Magister inżynier - Mgr inż.) in this field in 2020.

In addition to their academic achievements, Oksana Szyp also pursued additional certifications. In January 2020, they obtained the certification of Internal Quality Management System Auditor ISO 9001:2015 from PCC CERT. In February 2020, they completed the Agile in a Nutshell - Teamwork in the SCRUM Method certification course offered by IPMA Young Crew Poland.
