Derek’s career began with significant contributions at Accretive Health, where they advanced through several roles, showcasing their expertise in operations management and data analysis. They earned a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago, following a Bachelor’s degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from Colgate University.
