Lucas Ford

Lucas Ford is an experienced professional with a background in biochemistry, holding a Bachelor of Science degree from Southwestern University. Currently an Associate Service Engineer at Natera since June 2020, Lucas has specialized in managing machines for DNA extraction in genetic testing for recessive diseases and has developed leadership skills by training new laboratory operators. Prior experience includes working as a Medical Scribe and Clinical Research Assistant under Dr. Benjamin Szerlip, contributing to clinical research on shoulder replacement surgeries, and serving as a Private Tutor. Lucas also conducted undergraduate research under Dr. Emily Niemeyer during time at Southwestern University.
