Marjan Pasgar

Marjan Pasgar is a seasoned professional in clinical data management, currently serving as Sr. Director at Natera since April 2022, where oversight includes managing the clinical data management and programming department for Natera and Pharma Sponsored Studies. Responsibilities encompass selecting and managing CROs, developing departmental SOPs, mentoring the CDM team, and ensuring the quality of clinical data. Prior to Natera, Marjan held various leadership positions at PPD from October 2011 to April 2022, including Director of Clinical Data Management, and previously at Amarex Clinical Research from August 2007 to October 2011. Marjan's early career includes roles at the National Research Institute of TB and Lung Diseases. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Health Sciences from The George Washington University, a Master's in Public Health from Umeå University, and a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Nutrition from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences.
