Shelby Craven

Shelby Craven serves as the Senior Corporate Counsel for Labor and Employment at Natera since March 2025. Prior professional experience includes positions as Senior Associate Attorney at Lagasse Branch Bell + Kinkead LLP from July 2021 to March 2025, Associate Attorney at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP from February 2019 to July 2021, and Attorney at Collins Collins Muir + Stewart LLP from December 2017 to February 2019. Prior roles include a Judicial Externship with the Honorable Judge Cynthia A. Bashant at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and Summer Law Clerk at Collins Collins Muir + Stewart LLP. Craven began legal training as a Certified Legal Intern at the San Diego County District Attorney's Office. An alumnus of the University of San Diego School of Law, Shelby Craven obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) with a concentration in Civil Litigation. Undergraduate studies were completed at the University of San Diego, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with minors in Chemistry and Business Administration. Additional education includes studies at Universidad Pontificia Comillas and high school graduation from Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School.
