Joyce Blom, P.E. has an extensive background in Electrical Engineering, holding various senior engineer positions at Dow Chemical Company and On Assignment to the Dow Chemical Company. Currently, Joyce serves as a Senior Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer at Natgasoline LLC. Joyce obtained a B.S.E.E. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston, supplemented by Bachelor's degrees in Economics from Rice University.

Natgasoline LLC is a world scale methanol production facility located in Beaumont, Texas and is a joint venture between Houston, Texas based, G2X Energy, Inc., and Netherlands based, OCI N.V.. Natgasoline began operations in June 2018 and is the most efficient and largest methanol production facility in the US, producing over 1.7 million metric tons per year.
