Steffi-Ann Baksh has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus. Steffi-Ann also holds a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University. Steffi-Ann has worked at Natgasoline LLC as Controls Manager, Lead Controls Engineer, Senior Controls Engineer, Maintenance E&I Engineer II, E&I Engineer 1, and Junior E&I Engineer. Prior to that, Steffi-Ann was a Maintenance Engineer 1 - E&I at Industrial Plant Services Ltd. and started their career as a Graduate in Training- Electrical Engineer at the same company.

Natgasoline LLC is a world scale methanol production facility located in Beaumont, Texas and is a joint venture between Houston, Texas based, G2X Energy, Inc., and Netherlands based, OCI N.V.. Natgasoline began operations in June 2018 and is the most efficient and largest methanol production facility in the US, producing over 1.7 million metric tons per year.
