Peter Stork has been in the property management business for over 40 years. He started as a part-time caretaker while in college. After graduating Pete worked quickly through grounds, maintenance, and site management positions into a regional manager position. Pete continued to learn and grow while working for Namron Management, Ebenezer Management, Portfolio Properties and Sentinel Management. The hands on, work your way up experience proved to be invaluable in the advancement of Pete’s career and knowledge of property management .
In 1991 Pete joined Nath Management as Regional Property Manager. The portfolio at Nath has contained most types of rental properties including affordable family rentals, affordable senior rental, market rate apartments, medical office buildings, office buildings, single family rentals, condominium association management, public housing, and retail. Pete has earned many industry designations while at Nath including Certified Apartment maintenance technician, certified apartment manager, certified occupancy specialist, certified public housing manager, real estate appraisal classes.
Pete has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Augsburg College and a mini-MBA from University of St Thomas.
