Diksha Lamba

Diksha Lamba is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience in fostering positive workplace relationships and enhancing company culture. Currently serving as the Human Resources Team Lead at ZecaTech since June 2024 and as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at Nath Outsourcing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. since May 2022, Diksha is dedicated to implementing people practices that support organizational development. Previous experience includes a role as a Product and Brand Promoter at PIONEER IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, where responsibilities included developing marketing strategies. Diksha holds a Master of Education in Special Education and Teaching from Maharshi Dayanand University, and has completed prior education at PTU between 2011 and 2013.
