Lead Human Capital & Employee Relations at Nathan & Nathan

Aarthy Rajagopal Menon has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2006 as a Dentist at Clinic 1. In 2010, they founded Twin Solutions Global, specializing in internet marketing, game design, and website creation. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Human Resources Trainer/Facilitator at Shilp Enterprises, conducting training sessions and workshops. In 2016, they joined Art of Hospitality as an Assistant Human Resource Manager and later became a Human Resources Coordinator. At Art of Hospitality, they managed employee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and other HR functions. In 2019, they became a Human Resources Officer at Ace Crane Systems LLC, where they provided HR advice, ensured compliance with employment policies, and led HR projects. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as the Head of HR and Admin at Gettech Software Solutions, focusing on candidate recruitment, hiring, and onboarding. Currently, in 2022, Aarthy is working at Nathan & Nathan as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and will soon take on the role of Lead Human Capital & Employee Relations.

Aarthy Rajagopal Menon received a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology from Madurai Kamaraj University in 2018. Prior to that, they pursued Medicine at SIMATS from 2006 to 2015, earning an MDS degree. Aarthy also holds additional certifications, including Certified NLP Practitioner from IRATD in 2015 and a Certified Psychometric Test Professional from Middle Earth Academy in 2013. Aarthy also obtained a certification in Biology/Biological Sciences from an online certification program in 2013. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in Human Resources, Healthcare Informatics, Resuscitation Science, Nutrition, and Entrepreneurship from different institutions, including Alison - Free Online Learning and Coursera. Most recently, in January 2021, Aarthy became a Certified Emergency First Aider through the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services.
